We begin with a 90-minute discovery session, so we can get to know each other, design our alliance, and set the stage for future sessions.
Then, we meet weekly for at least the first month to strengthen our partnership and build momentum. We can meet online (Skype or Zoom) or by phone, but if you live nearby, we can meet in person.
I want you to get the most out of our coaching relationship. I have found that people who experience the most growth and momentum work with me weekly for a minimum of three months. I highly recommend this commitment for your own success, although I am open to hearing what you think might work best for you.
